The mandate is to support the Communications Directorate in the development of its communication products by providing French-English translation services.

This mandate will cover a period of three years from the date of authorization of the standing offer, with the option to extend for two additional one year periods

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. At the Request for Standing Offers closing date, conditions must be met. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses.
