1. The Department of National Defence (DND), 3rd Canadian Ranger Patrol Group (3CRPG), requires a Contract to provide rations, over twelve (12) days for a group ranging from 34 to 111 personnel at Rinker Lake. This period covers 15 October 2021 to 26 October 2021.
2. It is intended to issue one Contract.
3. The Work is to be performed during the period of October 15, 2021 to October 26, 2021, inclusive.
4. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.
5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
6. Please refer to Part 4, article 4.1.1 Technical Evaluation for the mandatory evaluation criteria.
7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
