Description of Work:
The objective of this RFP is to engage a vendor to provide catering and food services for a cocktail reception hosted by the Permanent Mission of Canada (the mission) at 1001 Boulevard Robert Bourassa in Montreal, Quebec, a property managed by Allied Properties. This event will take place during the 42nd Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and is expected to serve approximately 1,800 attendees on September 23, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
