CATERING SERVICES FOR CAMP VIMY

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for The Department of National Defence is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Catering Services for Camp Vimy in Québec.
Period of service:
Part 1: Preliminary part of the training of reservists at Camp Vimy (Phase 1) from May 24th to July 3rd, 2022, inclusive.
Part 2: Main part of the training of reservists (Phase 2) from July 4th to August 26th, 2022, inclusive.
Delivery location:
Support Base Valcartier, in Camp Vimy Building CM-3 and CM-4, commonly referred to as the kitchen of the 2 Canadian Division Training Camp, Valcartier, Quebec.
