A complete sworn transcript of a trial could also be requested.Objectives: The Contractor, a court reporter, or authorized court transcriptionists must provide CSC with a service for sworn transcripts of electronic recordings from all registry in the province of Quebec in both official languages (English and French). CSC estimates that there will be approximately 2,500 sworn transcription records per year with a maximum of 5% of transcription records in English.Deliverables: Sworn transcripts must be sent by email, at the contractor’s expense, to the Court Liaison and Document Retrieval Unit (CLDRU) located at the Montréal Courthouse within ten (10) working days of the date on which the electronic recordings were received. CSC does not provide software, USB keys or other technological means to process or transfer sensitive information.
