The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to provide services for loading, unloading and flat deck towing a Tactical Armoured Vehicle (TAV) that weighs in excess of 14,600 kg, on an as-and-when-required basis. It is anticipated that this service will be required on average 30 times per year.
The contract period will be for 1 year from the date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional 1-year periods.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Solicitation of Bid Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of bids is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as defined in the Annex D Solicitation of Bids Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of bids.
