Description of the Requirement:
Canadaseeks to establish two (2) contracts for Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit under the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA) to be provided under the Contract, on an ?as and when requested? basis only, for three (3) years andtwo (2) option periods of one (1) year each for Public Works and Government Services Canada.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
Level of Security Requirement:
A valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved Document safeguarding at the level of SECRET
Resource Minimum Security Level Required:
The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening atthe level of RELIABILITY STATUS, CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET as required, granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be for 3 years from contract award.
