FCC is seeking to contract a provider of editorial services for its weekly bilingual agricultural e-newsletter, FCC Express. The ideal respondent will have proven experience writing and editing agricultural publications.

The RFP schedule is as follows:
- RFP opening date: Monday, January 13, 2014
- Respondent requests to receive the RFP document must be submitted before January
17, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
- Respondent questions accepted until: Monday, January 20, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. CST
- RFP closing date and time: Monday, February 10, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. CST
