ELIGIBLE BIDDERS UNDER THIS BID SOLICITATION

This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services
Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003. All terms
and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are
incorporated into any resulting contract.

The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning
Services SA Suppliers.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence requires a qualified service
provider to supply courseware development services at 403
Squadron, Canadian Forces Base Gagetown, Oromocto, New
Brunswick. The qualified service provider will provide the
services of 1 X Senior Instructional Designer, and 1 X
Intermediate Instructional Designer. The services will be
provided during the period from 01 February 2013, or date of
award to 31 March 2014.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid soliciation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declare
responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.

This document contains a secuirty requirement.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
