The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for a period of three years from January 1, 2017 for the services of a contractor on an “as and when needed” basis for miscellaneous Electrical services for maintenance and repair of electrical systems, performance of electrical inspections, repair and maintenance of electrical baseboard heaters, installation of receptacles and lighting fixtures, upgrade of panels and general maintenance and service calls in the National Capital Region (Quebec and Ontario lands). The goal of this project is to schedule inspections and perform maintenance on or replacement of electrical components, general service calls and emergency response calls on pre-arranged hourly rate for equipment and crews.
More than one Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) may be awarded as a result of this request for proposals. The resulting SOA(s) will be for a period of three (3) years from January 1, 2017.

Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.
Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
