Work to be performed under this Services Contract comprises of the provision of labour, supervision, tools and equipment required to perform the collection and disposal of garbage, recycling, and compost from Naval Radio (NRS)Newport Corner. As well as the garbage, from Fort Edward Armoury.
Beginning November 1, 2016 for a period of 2 years with 2 additional 1 year period.
