CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a vendor for the purpose of providing snow clearing, snow removal, and salting services for the Granville Island site. The vendor will completely clear all snow, slush, and ice and apply environmentally friendly ice melt, salt and/or mixture to pedestrian areas, roads, and bike paths.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for two (2) years with three optional renewal periods of one (1) year, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $250,000.00 inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on October 18, 2018.
