The Health Professionals Division of Veterans Affairs Canada
(VAC) requires the services of a dental consultant to provide
expert dental advice in support of both disability and treatment
benefit decisions or appeals, and to establish a matrix
structure in support of rules for decision making for VAC's
Dental Program. The services will be provide to VAC,
Charlottetown, PEI during the period from 01 February 2013 to 31
January 2014, or for 1 year commencing upon contract award, with
2 additional option periods of 1 year each.
Each proposed person to provide Dental Consulting Services shall
be a graduate from a recognized school of dentistry, and must
have a valid license to practice dentistry in the province of
Prince Edward Island. To be considered responsive, a bid must
also meet all other mandatory requirements, and obtained the
required minimum points for the criteria which are subject to
point rating, as specified in the solicitation document.
