Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Correctional Service Canada, has a requirement to provide all
materials, labour, tools, equipment, transportation and
supervision necessary for General Contractor Services for
Correctional Service Canada, Regional Psychiatric Centre, in
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Services are to be provided on an "as
required" basis. It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a
standing offer.

The standing offer will be issued for an initial term from date
of award to 30 June 2013, with two one (1) year options to
extend the Standing Offer, for additional consecutive 12 month
periods.

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4
for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
