Nature of Requirements:
Request for Contratct to provide all tools, equipment and labour
necessary for the maintenance, inspection and repair of steam
boilers and their controls described in Statement of Work for
The Ministery of National Defence of Canada, St-Jean Garnison.
The contract will be valid for one (1) year with the possibility
of 3 years of option one (1) year each.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 100,001.00
and $ 250,000.00.
The bidder who meets all the mandatory qualifications and has
the lowest cost proposal and highest combined rating will be
deemed the winner.
The weighting for the proposals will be 60% for technical merit
and 40% for weighted price.
