REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all
labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation
required for JANITORIAL SERVICES as scheduled or on an "as and
when requested" basis for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
(RCMP), Whitehorse, YT.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From approximately 01 AUG 2012 to 31 JULY
2014 .

SITE VISIT - MANDATORY: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for site visit to be held on
Monday 14 MAY 2012 at 0900 at the main entrance of 4100-4th Ave
Whitehorse, Yukon Territory.

Bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority no
later than 03/THREE day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.
