The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking tenders from experienced Contractors to provide turf maintenance and mowing operations services on two properties in Gatineau Park, Québec.
A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1pm Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is the Princess Anne gate off of Princess Avenue near Rideau Hall, Ottawa, ON.
All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
To confirm your attendance at the site visit and to gain access to the grounds, please communicate with NCC Corporate Security at 613-239-5222 or s••••••••@•••••••.ca at least 24 hours prior to the site visit. Please note that all visits to sensitive sites (official residences and Parliament Hill) shall be coordinated with, and approved by NCC Corporate Security.
