The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting Offerors to submit proposals for a Standing Offer Agreement to provide general maintenance services for employee housing and RCMP detachments in Nova Scotia. The selected Offeror shall provide a range of services as identified in the Statement of Work.The standing offer period will be for one year with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. There is a security requirement associated with this Request for Standing Offer.Basis of selection:An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive.The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at:RCMP Bid Receiving Unit:A••••••••@••••••••.••.caRefer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.
