The work under this Service Contract Work includes the provision
of all labour, material, tools, and equipment required to
provide maintenance and repair service on elevators vertical
wheelchair and attendant platform lifts and dumbwaiters monthly
as directed by the Engineer, for 5 CDSB Gagetown and various
Armouries in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years)
for this opportunity is within the following cost category:
$100,000 to $250,000 (GST/HST extra). Bid security is not a
requirement for this tender.
Only bids from contractors whoe name is on the applicable Lists
of Pre-qualified Elevator Maintenance Contractors for the
province or territory where the work is performed, for the type
of equipment listed herein will be considered for this
solicitation.
