REQUIREMENT
RCMP K Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Consort, Coronation, Killam, Provost, Tofield & Viking RCMP Detachment located in the Province of AB. Term of the contract will be for two years with two additional one (1) year option to extend.
TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) years from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.
The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There is an optional site visit scheduled for Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 at 11:00 am MDT (Mountain Daylight Time). Bidders are requested to meet at the main public entrance at Viking RCMP Detachment located at 5215 – 52nd Avenue, Viking, AB.

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
