The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide housekeeping and window washing services in various buildings at the Research Center, Valcartier.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $440 000,00 for the first year with a possibility of extension for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each. Maximum opportunity of $1 320 000,00.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
THIS PROJECT CONTAINS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid ‘’SECRET’’ SECURITY LEVEL, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
