Bidders should provide the Contracting Authority with a written list of those who will be attending and the issues they wish to have addressed by February 28th, 2023. Bidders must also complete and provide the certification attached to this notice.Bidders that do not confirm their attendance and do not provide the name of the person attending the site visit will be denied access to the site. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. No further appointments will be given to bidders who will not attend the site visit or send a representative and their submission will be declared non-responsive.Objectives: The Contractor must provide the labour to perform cleaning services at the La Macaza Institution. CSC will provide cleaning products and equipment will be available to the Contractor in each area.Deliverables: The Contractor must provide cleaning services for the areas and at the frequency indicated in Annex A – Statement of Work. The Contractor must provide maintenance supplies and the labour required to perform the cleaning services.
