paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
Public Works and Government Services Canada, has a requirement
for a contract, which consists of the following:
The contractor will furnish all necessary labour, material,
tools and equipment to carry out full maintenance service on two
McQuay 400 Ton Centrifugal Chillers, one McQuay 45 Ton
Reciprocating Chiller, one Smardt 60 Ton Turbo-core chiller, two
15 ton Carrier DX A/C units and two Liebert XDP chilled water
systems.
Contract is for 1 year term plus 4 possible option years
Location of the work is at the Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope
Road, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.001717.013 forming
part of the bid document.
The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 - $250,000
