NOTICE OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
The site visit will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at
9:00am . Contractors are asked to meet at the Main Gate, CFB
Gagetown, New Brunswick.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the
furnishing of all labour, material, tools, supervision, and
equipment required to cut grass in the below areas;
.1 DND-MQ Areas,
.2 VIP Units (4), and
.3 Commanders Residences (2)
All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification
Number L-G2/1-7000/543 forming part of the bid document.
The Service Contract is from award to March 31, 2014, with an
option to renew for two additional one year periods.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
