Description of requirement
The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Military Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) project requires the services of an Independent Project Review (IPR) team to conduct a third party Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Full Gate 5. The intent of this third party review is to confirm the completeness and feasibility of the detailed project plans as well as a technical review of the progress of the PeopleSoft upgrade/refresh (7.5 to 9.1).
