Excavating Services, Bowden Institution, Innisfail, AB

Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as
requested by Public Works and Government Services Canada, to
perform general excavation work including supply and
installation for utility piping/conduits and associated
accessories for Correctional Services Canada, Bowden
Institution, Innisfail, Alberta on an "as and when requested"
basis for a period of two years from date of Standing Offer
issuance.

Code of Conduct:

Debriefing:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
