Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5354007155 dated December 12, 2025 with a closing of January 15, 2026 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers.

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is responsible for ensuring the timely transport and delivery of diplomatic shipments that support its operations to and from Canada and it’s missions abroad. To facilitate this, GAC requires a Service Provider to provide ocean, air and ground Freight Forwarding Services for the movement of outgoing and incoming shipments to and from Canada’s missions overseas.
