Nature of Requirements:
Title: Environmental Consulting Services - NWT & Nunavut

This procurement has been set aside under the federal
government's Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB).
In order to be considered, firms must certify that they qualify
as an Aboriginal business as defined in the SPAB and that they
will comply with all requirements of the SPAB.

Requirement:
The Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) covers requirements
for the Government of Canada involving environmental consulting
services in accordance with Annex "A" - Statement of Work. These
services will take place in the Northwest Territories and
Nunavut on an "as and when requested" basis by all Government of
Canada departments/agencies representatives. These services will
take place in land claims areas. The period of the Supply
Arrangement will be in effect for a period of four (4) years
from date of issue.

The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement
is four (4) year from date of issuance.

Refreshes to the Supply Arrangement will occur once a year.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
