TITLE:
Mechanical Engineering Services, Request For Standing Offer
LOCATION:
Various Locations - British Columbia and Yukon
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting
consulting firms with mechanical engineering expertise to submit
proposals for Standing Offers. The selected Proponents shall
provide a range of investigation and recommendation reports, as
well as design and construction services for building projects
in British Columbia and the Yukon. Projects will include the
renovation, rehabilitation and new construction, of federal
general purpose office space and special use facilities.
The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be
$3, 360, 000.00 (HST included). Individual call-ups will vary,
up to a maximum of $350, 000.00 (HST included). Proponents
should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any
amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will
award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided
under the Standing Offer are needed.
This procurement is covered under the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
DELIVERY:
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to three (3) Standing
Offers, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of
issuing the Standing Offers.
Firms intending to submit proposals for this project should
obtain documents through the MERX services provider. Addenda,
when issued, will be available from the MERX services provider.
Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
form other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority on their
intention to bid. Proponents must indicate (when requested) on
the offer form the identification number(s) of the addenda, is
any, that they have taken into consideration for their proposal
submission.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
