Request to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for
high quality printing services. The Offeror must provide firm
all inclusive pricing. The all inclusive pricing must include
all applicable charges to provide a finished product and
delivery, FOB Destination, to the Department of National
Defense, Combat Training Center, Canadian Forces Base Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick during the period from date of award to
31 March 2014, with an option available to extend for up to 2
additional periods of 1 year each.
The Offeror must be ready to process a job immediately upon
receipt of a call-up. The product must be ready to proof within
two (2) working days or less of delivery of files and must be
ready to ship within ten (10) working days or less from final
approval of proofs unless otherwise indicated in call-up for
standard requirements. Urgent requirements must be completed in
72 hours or less unless otherwise specified in the call-up.
The Offeror must use Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC)
certified paper, and must be equipped to provide ink colours as
specified by Identified User (black, yellow, cyan, magentia).
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
