Centralised Printing Services (CPS) – Printing Services for Service Canada EnvelopesEmployment Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires services for printing Service Canada envelopes.The Contractor must print and deliver all items in full quantities, according to Statement of Work (SOW)The Contractor must accept and fulfil this printing order and is responsible for quality control of the various print products requested as well as the distribution of these products to various final destinations.The print products resulting from this contract will ensure the delivery of services and benefits to the public.The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2022 inclusive.The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).All the deliverables must be deliver between December 13th, 2021 to December 17th, 2021.Contractors must respect the delivery date stipulated in the Invitation to Tender. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to meet this requirement before submitting their bid.The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
