Question 1.
I have a question regarding the "Bindery Services" which appear in section 4.3.B of Annex A, Statement of Work, there is no mention of the binding location for all booklet sizes, specifically whether it is on the short or long edge (Portait or Landscape).
Response 1.
Offerors are informed that the binding location for all booklet sizes is on the long edge side of the booklet and to submit their offer pricing on that basis.

Reissue of Request for Standing Offers.
This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes a portion of previous RFSO number RFSO-PRINT-2025-PRO dated 2025/08/06 with a closing of 2025/08/20.

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide printing and reprography services in support of our legal operations. Services required are those related to copying or printing from electronic format (primarily PDF); and binding short, medium and long-run documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format (i.e. PDF) on the current activities of the Department of Justice Canada, with a security classification no higher than "PROTECTED B".
Based on previous history, the estimated annual quantity is approximately 500,000 copies.
Services are to be provided “as and when requested” according to the following service timeframes (excluding weekends and statutory holidays except Louis Riel Day):
- Standard Service: Delivery to the client within twenty-four (24) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents
- Rush Service: Delivery to the client within four (4) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents
- Urgent Service: Delivery to the client within two (2) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents
The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for printing and reprography services for the Winnipeg location of the Department of Justice Canada Prairie Regional Office (PRO), located at: 400 St. Mary Avenue, Suite 601, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4K5
It is anticipated that one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
