Summary
The Production and Outreach Directorate, Communications Division
on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), has a requirement
for a Contractor to provide printing, warehousing, order
fulfillment and distribution services for a variety of VAC
printed products as required.
The contract is in effect for a period of from the date of award
to February 15, 2015 inclusively with three (3) option periods
of one (1) year each and the option to extend the contract by an
additional four (4) months for transition
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security
and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. Bidders should consult

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, Bidders
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
THE REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED TO CANADIAN GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
As the exact delivery locations is unknown but could be in any
areas subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, this
procurement is subject to all Comprehensive Land Claims
Agreements.
