Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a qualified licensed electrician to provide general electrical services to various buildings and locations on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia. All services will be on an as-requested basis.
The successful proponent will provide emergency repair services and be available on-call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the case of an emergency, the successful proponent must be able to respond with an adequate level of service within two hours of being contacted.
The term of the resulting contract is expected to be for a period of 3 years. The total value of this contract is expected to be $378,000.00 including all applicable taxes.
