Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.
This need affects some correctional institutions of the Quebec region.
CSC may issue one or more Standing Offer, as a result of this request for standing Offer.
Offerors may place an offer for one or more institutions, depending on their ability to serve the region where the institutions are located.
Offerors bidding for more than one institution must provide a sufficient number of resources to be able to meet all the requirements for all the institutions for which they are bidding.
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business:
This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement:
This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements:
This standing offer does not include security requirements.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a Contractor to provide, as and when needed, the qualified labor, tools, equipment and, when requested by CSC, materials, disposal services and special equipment required to perform Plumbing Services in the following correctional institution of the Quebec Region:
- Cowansville Institution
- Donnacona Institution
- Drummond Institution
- Port-Cartier Institution
Objectives: Provide Plumbing Services for some correctional institution within the Quebec region.
Deliverables: The Contactor must provide, as and when needed, Plumbing Services for some of the correctional institutions of the Quebec region. The types of work covered include, but is not limited to: maintenance, replacement, modification and addition of new components to the network plumbing facilities. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of from the awarded until May 31, 2026, with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year periods.
