Requirement
To provide all maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and related mechanical equipment at the Embassy of Canada in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in accordance with the Statement of Work 8M3-6012-5 attached herein as Annex A.
Period of the Contract
The contract will be for a period of one (1) year with four (4) additional option periods of one year each.
Security Requirement
Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be met:
-The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
-The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
-Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
Basis of Selection
The Crown will issue a contract to the Bidder meeting all mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
