The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of a single private sector ergonomic services provider to provide ergonomic-related services to CRA employees across Canada.Under this contract, the CRA will be purchasing ergonomic assessment services via the catalogue order method in Synergy. PERIOD OF CONTRACTThe anticipated period of the contract will be for two (2) years from date of contract award, plus three (3) option periods of up to twelve (12) months.EVALUATION PROCEDURESThe evaluation of bids will be performed in five (5) stages as follows:Stage 1 – Mandatory RequirementsStage 2 – Point Rated RequirementsStage 3 – Financial ProposalsStage 4 – Determination of the Bidder’s Overall ScoreStage 5 – Other Pre-Award ConditionsMANDATORY CRITERIAThe Bidder must meet all mandatory criteria applicable to this solicitation. Bids not meeting all mandatory criteria will be given no further consideration.POINT RATED CRITERIAOnly the bids meeting the mandatory criteria will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the point rated evaluation criteria.
