SERVICES INTÉGRÉS DE COMMUNICATIONS ET DE SOUTIEN (SICS) - NATIONALE

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is issued for the supply, maintenance and support services for IP Telephony (IPT) for SSC and its clients across Canada on as and when requested basis. The scope of ICSS National will be offered nationally, including the National Capital Region (NCR) and excludes any locations in areas subject to the Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA’s).

This requirement includes, among others: Hardware, Licensed Software, Call Controllers, Gateways, Enterprise Session Border Controllers (E-SBC), Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), User devices (phones, etc.), Voice Mail, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Emergency Response - 911, Maintenance Services (Break/Fix), System Administration and Training, Moves, Additions and Changes (MACs) and Support Services for specialized labour.

Canada has invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, none of the trade agreements apply to this requirement.
