NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), has a requirement for
on-site medical service at the Laval Immigration Holding Centre
where men, women and children are detained. The Contractor must
supply a minimum of two (2) Licensed Physician, a minimum of two
(2) Licensed Psychiatrist, and a minimum of three (3) Registered
Nurse.
The period of the Contract will be from May 1, 2013 up to and
including April 30, 2014, with an irrevocable option to extend
the period of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1)
year periods under the same terms and conditions.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003 and 2004,
Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
