Health Canada has a requirement for the supply, labor,
materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required
for pharmacy services as detailed in Annex "A" - Statement of
Work at Percy E. Moore Hospital, Hodgson, Manitoba from date of
award (approx October 1, 2012) to September 30, 2013 with three
(3) one (1) year option periods, in accordance with the terms
and conditions detailed herein.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
Pursuant to secion 01 of the Standard Instructions 2003 and
2004, a Consent to Criminal Record Verification form, must be
submitted with the bid, by bid solicitation closing date. For
each individual who is currently on the Bidder' Board of
Directors.
This requirement is subject to preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
This procurement is set aside under the federal government's
Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses.
