This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services
Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003, all terms
and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and must be
incorporated into any resulting contract. The requirement
described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA
Pre-qualified suppliers under the following Categories:

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for 3 Senior Strategic Learning Advisors, 1 Quality Assurance
Specialist, 1 Junior Quality Assurance Tester, 1 Senior Custom
e-learning programmer and 1 Video Producer on an "as and when
requested" basis. The services required are being solicited
under Stream 1, Stream 3, Stream 5 and Stream 6 of Learning
Services Supply Arrangement (LS SA).
The period of the contract will be from contract award to one
year later with the option to extend by two (2) additional one
year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
A offer must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitaion
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.
The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
