Notice of Proposed Procurement - Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement for Finance Canada.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 – Stream 4 – Business Services.
Finance Canada requires the professional services of six (6) Help Desk Specialists (Level 2), one (1) Business Analyst (Level 2), one (1) Business System Analyst (Level 2) and one (1) Courseware Developer (Level 2).

Security requirement at bid closing: Valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in accordance with Common PS SRCL # 19.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to August 31, 2016, with two one-year optional periods.
