English Title:Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Professional Services – Environmental Services, Quebec RegionEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the locations mentioned above.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $750,000.00. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 15,000.00 and $ 100,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $ 150,000.00.
