This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the Ontario Region Area under the E60ZN-15TSPS series of Sas are invited to compete.
SA Holders may not submit a bid in response tothis bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an univited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contract Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the publishedbid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will an invitation require Canada to extend the bid closing date.

Description of Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base Petawawa, has a requirement for one (1) Project Manager to provide services related to the life of the Land Command Support Systems Life Extension Ethernet Local Access Network (LCSS LE ELAN) project.
Proposed Period of the Contract:
Year 1 - Contract Award to 1 year later
Year 2 (Option) - 1 Year period following expiration of Year 1
Year 3 (Option) - 1 Year period following expiration of Year 2
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days.
