Description of the Requirement:
The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is committed to providing its staff with a respectful, safe and supportive workplace which builds positive staff morale. In support of this commitment the CNSC has implemented an Informal Conflict Management System (ICMS) to enable the prevention of conflict and to address workplace conflicts as they arise.
The requirement is for the provision of professional services, for the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), to support the ongoing operation of the CNSC Informal Conflict Management System (ICMS).
