Description of the Requirement:
ESDC seeks to fulfill a need through outsourced resource provision, i.e. the Requirement.
The Requirement will leverage the Task-and-Solution Professional Services set forth at Public Services and Procurement Canada, under Stream 1.

As such, specific categories are situated under HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES, and are thus comprised of:
Human Resources Consultant - SENIOR (cf. 1.1);
Organizational Design and Classification Consultant - SENIOR (cf. 1.2);
Leadership Development Consultant - SENIOR (cf. 1.7);
Staffing Consultant - SENIOR (cf. 1.8); and
HR Assistant Consultant – INTERMEDIATE (cf. 1.10).

Location of Work:
Tasks are expected to be performed either on- or off-site with respect to ESDC’s premises, nature of the task pending. It is expected that most tasks are to be completed in the National Capital Region (NCR). Its Census Metropolitan Area is defined here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Capital_Region…).
Occupational Considerations:
Every proposed resource must be able to deal with a work environment subjected to the List of Bilingual Regions of Canada for Language-of-Work Purposes (https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/s…).
Expected Total Duration:
The proposed Contract consists in a 24-month initial period as of the day of award, with two (2) extension periods of 12 months each.
