INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services
Canada (PWGSC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders, TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605/D, who qualified
under Tier "1"(Requirements up to and including $2M) stream for
Technology Services Class, under the categories for:

1. Application/Software Architect - Level 3
2. Programmer/Software Developer - Level 3

and who qualified under Tier "1"(Requirements up to and
including $2M) stream for Project Management Services Class,
under the category for:

1. Project Manager - Level 3.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

PWGSC requires as and when required Informatics Professionnal
Services to analyze the existing systems, gather current
requirements for the Industrial Security Sector Systems, design
and build a working prototype using Adobe forms and LiveCycle to
replace the current aggregation of systems, including full
workflow. The Contractor will also provide assistance in
establishing Adobe LiveCycle platform to support the working
prototype, to validate the data migration approach as well as
the transition from the current systems.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The contract period will be for 1 year from the date of contract
with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up
to 1 additional 1 year period.
