The Information Management and Service Technology Directorate (IMST) of the Privy Council (PCO) require the services of a Contractor to provide IT Help desk and support services. In order to meet the objectives of this requirement, the IMST Directorate requires an estimated total of seven (7) resources: two (2) Level 2 resources, and five (5) Level 3 resources.
