B.13 Operations Support Specialist s– Level 3 – Desktop Hardware Support
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the delivery of IT services (e.g., technical PC, operating systems, applications, data communications, hardware/software and connectivity support) and providing technical support services
B.13 Operations Support Specialists – Level 2 – Speciality End User Devices Hardware Support
Provides first electronic technical support for the installation and maintenance of security systems and technologies and assists the Systems Technician in the provision of second level support. First level support entails diagnosing and implementing a solution to keep the system or event operational. Second level support entails in-depth problem solving, bench work or programming.
