Description of Work:
The Information Systems Branch (ISB) of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the provision of specialized IT professional services, on an “as and when requested” basis in the National Capital Region (NCR), to provide on-site application development, maintenance and support services for web-based n-tier client applications.
The applications are including but not limited to:
Project Management of the Systems Development Lifecycle;
Business Analysis and Requirements gathering and documentation;
Break/fix services;
System vitality;
Application Design and documentation;
Application Maintenance/Enhancement, testing, and Implementation;
Finding and identifying causes of failure of application in the development, test, and/or production environments; and
Knowledge transfer to AAFC employees so that AAFC may be self-sufficient in the support of applications / systems.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 and #6 apply
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) no document safeguarding
